EZFY required a reliable, user-friendly platform to cover the entire healthcare journey, from pre-diagnosis to treatment and normalization stage. To do so, the solution needed to:
We also helped EZFY throughout the process of identifying the most suitable technological solutions for the functional needs already identified.
One size does not fit all: the vast array of unique cases and exceptions within each program posed challenges for implementation, rendering a generic solution impractical.
To guarantee centralized communication and information it was also necessary to get every stakeholder onboard (including pharmacies, hospitals, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and the patients themselves).
Additionally, each patient care monitoring program entails different steps to be fulfilled by healthcare providers, in order to ensure treatment protocol is followed. So, compliance with healthcare regulations was also an issue.
At last, the interface needed to be simple and intuitive to use, as to not further complicate already complex healthcare journeys.
Together with EZFY, we designed a platform with various user profiles to centralize communication and patient care information. We customized a Salesforce Health Cloud platform to standardize, record, and generate tracking data for various care plans.
Additionally, we developed a Salesforce Experience Cloud solution where pharmacies can consult information to provide custom care for each patient. Modern solutions have been implemented, such as a mobile application, a portal and others.
EZFY now has over 300 registered pharmacies with an average 5 to 6 active users per account.
